Study the ancient healing art of yoga!  In depth study will be on asana (poses), alignment principles, energy systems, meditation, yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, and much more.  This yoga teacher training will provide you with a deep and solid understanding of how to use yoga on and off your mat.  There is more to yoga than postures.  Our class is small to ensure that our graduates are confident and certified yoga teachers.  The commitment to our students individual attention, and questions help to make this program unique and FUN! Open your heart and find yourself through this transformational training!

Brief Outline:

Anatomy & Physiology, Systems of the Body, Asanas (Postures), Adjusting,  Alignment, Breathing (Pranayama) Meditation, Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Mudras, Bhandas, Chakras & Energy Body, Koshas, Ayurveda & Doshas, Diet & Nutrition,  Qualities of a Teacher, Teaching Styles, Communication, other traditional yoga techniques, CONFIDENCE!

You will be registered with the *Yoga Alliance Upon Completion of this Training as a 200hr RYT

Private Yoga Session:


   Private sessions are an amazing opportunity to build a yoga practice around your personal or groups needs. Private sessions are wonderful for anyone who has any type of injury, disability, improving an existing yoga practice, or seeking higher knowledge in asana (postures) or yogic philosophy.


Excellent for anyone suffering from lower back pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, sciatica nerve pain or weak core. Yoga sessions help to improve circulation, which is excellent for those suffering from arthritis/fibromyalgia.  Private sessions provide an in depth knowledge for each posture.  You will learn proper alignment of each pose which you can then take into a full size class without feeling lost or confused.  Private sessions address the importance of the breath and the benefits.  Deep breathing through the nostrils, helps to improve our stress response, lower blood pressure, and increase serotonin, thus promoting healing and heath. 


Group Yoga Sessions & Pricing:

Group Yoga Sessions are great for couples or a group of friends, families, or co-workers.
